"Quality is our top priority at all times." We regard this as the starting point of our manufacturing. Throughout the Company, we have made great strides with our quality control systems, including for quality checking materials to ensure high quality, modifying materials for improvement, inspecting/changing manufacturing technologies, and assuring shipped products.
The attitude of pursuing ideal production line technology is reflected in our development of human resources and in our Company's tradition of conforming to strict quality criteria. Under ROHM’s guidance, manufacturing machines have been internally produced and advancement of the 4Ms (man, machine, material, and method) for quality assurance has been promoted at REPI.
The company obtained ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 certifications, which confirms that REPI is highly evaluated as an enterprise with an excellent quality assurance system and advanced manufacturing technologies.

REPI has received recognition for Proficiency in Quality Management. The Philippine Quality Award program is a national quality award that encourages and engages the public, private organizations, and stakeholders to strive for and attain performance excellence through the principle of Total Quality Management (TQM).
