As ROHM Co., Ltd. announced in its October 10, 2025 news release, our Chikugo, Kasaoka, and Hamamatsu plants, will be reorganized under ROHM Device Manufacturing Co., Ltd., on April 1, 2026.
Furthermore, with the addition of the Shiga, Miyagi, Miyazaki, and Miyazaki No. 2 plants on April 1, 2027, ROHM Device Manufacturing Co., Ltd. will manage the Company’s seven front-end process plants.
