As ROHM Co., Ltd. announced in its October 10, 2025 news release, the Kasaoka Plant of ROHM Wako Co., Ltd. and the Hirokawa and Yukuhashi plants of ROHM Apollo Co., Ltd. will be integrated into a single company, ROHM Assembly Manufacturing Co., Ltd., on April 1, 2026.
