Automotive LDO regulator BD4xxMx series /BDxxC0A seriesVariety is the Key to Versatility as a Series

The BD4xxMx series and BDxxC0A series are newly developed LDO regulator series for automotive use. In addition to being highly versatile, a full lineup of 43 models provides a wide variety of output voltages, packages and other parameters, for adoption in diverse automotive applications. These device series conform to AEC-Q100, the de facto industry standard for automotive ICs.

BD4xxMx series

The BD4xxMx series comprises eight models of BD4xxM2 series with output current of 200 mA and eight models of BD4xxM5 with output current of 500mA, totaling 16 models in all. Both have 45 V input voltage rating and two types of output voltage of 3.3 V or 5 V, and each has a version with or without shutdown. There is a wide range of packages, with two types for BD4xxM2 series and four types for BD4xxM5 series. The output voltages are 3.3 V and 5 V only, and the specifications are optimized for MCU (Micro Control Unit) power supplies for body systems and powertrain systems.

The BDxxC0A series comprises a total of 27 models with 35 V input voltage rating, 1 A output current, five output voltage of 3.3 V / 5 V / 8 V / 9 V / adjustable, with / without shutdown and five types of package. This series has a diverse lineup for car infotainment systems including electromechanical components and displays with adjustable, 8 V and 9 V types in mind.
