We present the 23rd Kyoto International Music Students Festival 2015, an annual musical event held each spring in Kyoto. The Festival invites 106 students of premier music schools from 10 countries (21 students from 9 schools in 9 foreign countries and 85 students from 13 schools in Japan) to Kyoto to foster international exchange through music and to develop the skills of the young musicians. The Festival comes to 22 times with 2,592 music students participating (497 from overseas, 2,095 from Japan). By performing at the Festival, these students have used music as a meaning to deepen their understanding each other. Many people enjoy the new musical perspective and performances of wonderful sensitivity of these young musicians from around the world.
